An enforcement docket is prepared every day from the week for all defendants who have already been sentenced to provide time in jail commencing on a particular day. Should the defendant fails to seem with the jail on that date, the Franklin County Sheriff's Place of work notifies the Clerk's Business. The court file is then taken to the sentencing
